Mob cancel

So mob's cancel skill is broken, no surprise there. Almost all servers have to deal with this issue one way or another.

I would like to hear your suggestions on how you would like it to work. Cancel skill removal would be lame though (IMHO), maybe you have something better in mind.

Suggestions :

1. Changed it to remove 1-5 buffs as should be

2. Changed the reuse rate from mobs, just saw it that 3 mobs did cancel 2 times in a row

3. Successful landing should be lowered when char is some levels higher. Ex. 10 lvls - 20%, 15 lvl - 15%

This really depends on how a player get their buffs. IF the party is depending on and paying for  ALT-B buffs, THEN mobs and common raidbosses using buff cancel really sucks. One reason, you have to leave combat and wait to be able to access ALT-B buffer again. 

IF however the party get's their buffs traditionally from supports, THEN the support buffers can usually just rebuff. This still becomes an issue with songs and dances (s/d's)with mp use which requires some thought on either your script or you bot settings. And of course this is an issue if those buffs are from a WC/OL as their buffs take some significant MP.

So perhaps buff cancel from mobs and RB's shouldn't cancel s/d's 

Just some of my thoughts
