  2. Nothing big, but something that should be fixed. During Zaken today I commented to Ike how I loved getting the GHP drops from the zaken mobs. Ike then shared we dont really get them, and he was right. I have 100 GHP on my char normally and still had 100 at the end. I have lost about 100 GHP each time we do Zaken. Not sure why the drops do not make it to inventory.

  4. I just noticed the standard Mage buffs do not come with Clarity? I would consider Resist Shock a standard buff as well This may require too much work, but I hope not .... allow the interface to be customized by each player. When you hit ALT+B and go to the BUFF tab, the current buffs which appear would be the DEFAULT options, but players could add / remove buffs to each and change the label. For example "Main - pve", "Main - pvp", "sub", etc Yes any change would require work but not too much at all, and ofc testing. Just a suggestion that would make things easier for all! I know a LOT of players write scripts to customize their buffs, and others who lack that scripting ability just go without.
  5. Very often when I login or re-login, there will be a bunch of "extra" windows appearing as follows: 1st (on top) - "I'm sorry to give you a satisfactory response. If you send your comments regarding the unsatisfying parts, we will be able to provide even greater service..." This window does not offer an "X" but instead a "Confirm button which, when pressed, reveals the next window 2. "Evaluation of Petitions" with "Rude Response", "Inaccurate content" and "Not prompt handling" along with "Other options" 3. "Store" Quest, Item List and Sales Price are the 3 columns with Refresh and Close buttons at the bottom 4. "Petition" = "Please enter the content of your inquiry in detail" with Submit and Cancel options 5. "Evaluation of Petitions" with Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, Very Poor options and a Confirm button 6. "Skill Viewer" with Skill Search options. This window actually works and can be fun to play around with. You can enter the skill ID for Song of Wind, for example and see your char singing as if they had the skill. It doesn't do anything otherwise. These appear to me daily at some point when logging in. Please disable these windows.
  6. I waited before chiming in on this thread. Here are a few of my thoughts: 1. If I were to create a new L2 server (not going to happen) the accounts would have a 10 character max. A 9 person party +1 for town, scouting, watching oly, whatever. 20 seems like to many for 1 account. 2. This server was created a certain way. Even if most of us agreed it should change, it would be unfair to those who came here specifically to play under the current rules. 3. Even if the change was made, it is *almost* unenforceable. Right now we believe RA (at times) brings 4+ parties to events run by a single player. Ifff that is correct, we have no way to prove it. Adrenalin has a module specifically designed to provide a unique HWID and IP. Other means of detection are incredibly manual in nature and are simply not realistic on a private server due to the high amount of resources required. So while I fully agree with RacerX that the game would be better with a limit of 1 party per player, we should accept this server as-is and adjust, which is what we are doing. We need each member to run 2 parties. PC power should not be an issue for anyone. Simply run OOG clients which take up hardly any resources for all but the party leaders. Let's just play and have what fun we can in our time together.
  7. When in a party, you can hover over the class symbol icon for each party member and see their class. It works fine until someone switches to a subclass. It always shows the main class. Personally, I use this to ensure all my chars are on the proper class normally, but it is bugged and always shows the main class even when on sub.
  8. That works. I think on official at one point they handled this situation by putting the servers up but scheduling the login servers to disable logins until a specified time. That allowed GMs or others with special permissions to log in and test what they needed to while preventing players from logging in. On this topic, what servers are involved here? Is there a login server, mob server and game server as 3 separate pieces of hardware? Or are they virtualized on a single server? or ???
  9. Good by me. Please create a poll: 1. Remove the cursed swords from the game 2. Restore the cursed swords to original settings 3. Leave as-is which means the sky will turn red, the ground will shake ...all for nothing because someone has to go get the swords, level them to 10 and then they will be used for 1-3 hours and disappear.

If I was a GM and wanted the cursed swords to kill AFK players I would make the following adjustments: - Just drop it already leveled to 10, no point in wasting time leveling it - Reduce the damage to mobs by 50% making it useless for leveling - Make the cursed sword user in Stealth mode so mobs dont agro the user - give the user some sort of reward for the 1st kill of any player who is actively xp'ing When the swords lasted for days on L2Toggle, they would sit on the ground for hours and at times over a day because no one wanted them. Respectfully, you could just remove them from the server if there will only be 1-3 hours of use after leveling them. They do offer a bit of value, but not much on a 24/7 botting server and certainly not worth the effort of leveling them for 1-3 hours of use. The whole world turning red, ground shaking .... each time is very annoying as what used to be something exciting that caused many players to stop what they were doing instantly and run to get the swords now is a reminder to what this server lacks ... each and every time. My two cents, but I have heard the same feedback from 100% of players who have shared their thoughts on this subject. Things were fine .... until Ragnar had to say something. pk pk pk Don't take my opinion for it. If players pick up and use the swords, I am wrong. If the entire server leaves the swords on the ground ... something that never once happened on official servers while I played ... clearly they do not have value.
  11. First and foremost, thank you for this wonderful server. We know there are bugs and you are a one man show with limited time. Here are a few low priority suggestions: 1. Related to the "forward drops to party leader" - - - if the party leader's inventory is full, the drops are left on the ground. I kindly suggest if a party leader's inventory is full, the Forward function be turned off automatically so the drops are picked up. 2. When players get stuck and relog, they are often moved to their party. I kindly suggest in ToI or anywhere with multiple floors, you allow a 1-level jump to party function as part of this relog feature. ToI is very glitchy this way. Not only running up but simply farming I often find a character stuck, relog, then am a floor below which causes problems, especially when it is the main assist / leader which happened to me today. 3. For server downtime, rather than say 30-45 minutes, choose a fixed time such as 1 hour and schedule the server to allow logins at that time. It allows player to actually step away during downtime rather than spamming the login server after 15 minutes of downtime wondering if the server is up.
  12. " Epic PvP zone no longer overwrites Party/Command Channel/Clan/Ally status" Does that mean our AoE skills will no longer hit members of our ally, or members of our cc? Regarding the "increased chance to drop" for players with karma, can we have any idea of the increase? 5%? 100%? more? Regarding the cursed swords, they currently can only be leveled to 5 or 6 before disappearing. Increasing by 2 hours has no benefit at all. In order for the swords to have ANY value, players need to consistently be able to level them to 10 and have time to "play" with them after going through all the work to acquire and level the swords. In an absolute worst case scenario, a player should have perhaps 6 hours with a leveled cursed sword. This gives them the 3 hours of full buffs + time to run around and kill bosses, farm or kill players - - - the things the swords were designed for
  13. The rewards were introduced longgg before Hi5. Did Hi5 remove them? Also, both the castle and fortress Item Creation is bugged. You cannot enable them so we cannot get S grade elixirs or whatever they offer.

Every ?4 or 6 hours any clan member can click on the Logistics officer and spawn these supply boxes. You hit them, they open and give random # of knight epaulettes. Members would have the timing down and fight to get there first In a fortress in a contracted state the Logistics Officer will help you activate increased defense from the castle and to get supplies from the castle. The supply level is increased every 26 hours ( 250,000 adena is deducted from the clan treasury), the higher the level, the better the supplies. Max supply level is 6. If you get the supplies, the level is reset to 0. Besides the supplies from Logistics Officer you can get items of Valor: Defender's Valor Chest . The amount of chests in increased by 1 every 26 hours. Defence level increase: Reinforcement Price Giving high-grade weapon and armor to the guards 200,000 adena Giving top-grade weapon and armor to the guards 400,000 adena Supplies from the castle: Supplies level Items Lv. 1 40-80 Knight's Epaulette Lv. 2 88-176 Knight's Epaulette ; 1-3 R-grade Gemstone Lv. 3 134-268 Knight's Epaulette ; 1-3 R-grade Gemstone Lv. 4 180-361 Knight's Epaulette ; 1-3 R-grade Gemstone Lv. 5 228-456 Knight's Epaulette ; 1-3 R-grade Gemstone Lv. 6 288-576 Knight's Epaulette
  15. Perhaps that is true, but I am certain any player can spawn the treasure boxes. Currently, no player can, even the clan leader.
  16. An interesting quirk. When I create a new character on an account, it has always gone to the next slot. So if I have a lvl 50 character on an account and make a new char, the new char is in slot 2. In this instance, the new char went to slot 1 and bumped the existing char to slot 2. Just sharing in case it is helpful info.
  17. UPDATE - I can consistently log into the main character. The issue only occurs when I press the CREATE button. I crash instantly every time. - I was able to create a 2nd char on the account on another pc. For me, the issue is resolved but you may wish to investigate why it happened. - I tried another account on the laptop, the same issue occurred. Perhaps a corrupted L2 file which a fresh download would fix? - The laptop was recently reset to a fresh Windows Pro 10 so the software should be rather clean. - L2 was only installed about ?10 days ago so it should be clean as well
  18. I have a laptop with nothing no open programs other than the L2 client. There is not even a running bot, just L2. There are only 2 clients. I am able to log into the main char on an account but every time I try to CREATE a 2nd char on the account, it crashes. It happened 3x in a row. I have tried rebooting, drive cleanup, checking the page file (it is 2x the RAM), nothing works.   19. Hello, We took Valley Fortress and signed the contract with the castle (Giran). Fortress Function >>> Item Creation is not available for some reason. It says it must be activated in Fortress Management butttt when I try to activate it under Fortress Management >>> Other it says not available. Same is true for Fortress Management >>> Decor whose functions are not available. I don't recall any other conditions being required other than taking the fort and signing the contract. Also, I recall any clan member could visit the Logistic's Officer and pick up the Blood Oaths every 6 hours. For my clan, only the clan leader can do it. The members have every permission box checked in the Main Clan Rank but they still cannot Check Supplies nor Check Rewards. "You are not authorized to perform that function"
  20. Clan name: HeartBreaker Clan Leader: Scarlett All 3 members went through the process of speaking with the Statue of Offering each time the quest was performed. They received the quest marks each time. I am happy to cancel it again and do it if it works
  21. My level 3 clan is trying to reach level 4. I began the Proof of Alliance clan quest with the npc in Giran. I went to Witch Kalis and proceeded to the next step of the quest. It bugged out and I could not progress, even though I am confident I have done everything correctly. I have completed this quest many times before. I am at witch kalis. I have the 3 Symbols of Loyalty which were received after 3 clan members clicked on the Statue of Offering. The next step of the quest is to click on Witch Kalis who then will poison the clan leader and instruct the members to hunt specific mobs. That portion is what bugged for me earlier but now, I can't even reach that portion. As you can see, I have the 3 symbols of loyalty in my inventory but Witch Kalis is not recognizing them. Please help!
  22. I am experiencing the same issue on L2Adrenalin. The chars will often accept rez, but often will not. When I look at the screen the ressurection cast was completed successfully and the "do you want to accept the rez" prompt is showing, but the char did not accept. If I click "accept", often the dialogue box simply disappears leaving the character dead. Is this an issue with the bot software or the server?
